Content Minis FAQs
How much content will I get?
The number of output pieces will vary per video given to us, based on factors such as:
Length of source video - Videos longer than 60 minutes can take longer to turn around as we have more footage to sift through
Number of topics discussed during live stream or video
Show format length and topic outline
Customer content output preferences
Who will I work with?
You will be assigned an editor on a fractional basis and each editor takes on a maximum of 4 customers.
Your editor works on your projects for 2 hours every weekday M-F, meaning you get 10 hours of editing per week and pay a flat monthly fee up to 40 hours per month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! We offer month-to-month agreements, or you can pay for a quarterly duration and receive a customer loyalty discount.
You can cancel at any time or put your services on hold for a month.
We ask that we receive a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellation of services and 14 days for account holds.

What is not included at Content Minis?
We do not upload assets to social media sites or schedule posts on your behalf unless you purchase scheduling as an add-on service.
We do not offer file hosting, we will ask for your to host your own folders in Google Drive and add our designated email addresses as editors.
What's included in my fee?
Assigned Video Editor for 2 hours per weekday (excluding national holidays) up to 40 hours per month
Revision requests with your assigned editor (the longer you work with your editor, the revisions process should be reduced)
Subtitle file in .srt or .vtt format if requested
Onboarding call with your editor to determine content preferences and priority
For quarterly customers, a loyalty discount Is calculated to provide a reduced monthly fee
Approval of finished video assets
Is there an affiliate program?
You can get $50/month in cash or service credit for each referral, for as long as they remain an active customer!
Can I speak to my editor?
Of course! Your editor is available via email for questions, requests, and revisions.
Please allow 1 business day for a response. Emails sent over the weekend will be answered the following business day.
Please send your email to firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include your Name in the subject line so we know which videos we should be looking at!
What Holidays does Content Minis close for?
We encourage our team to spend holiday's with their friends or families and are closed for the above listed holidays as well as from Saturday December 23rd through January 1st. The team will resume working on January 2nd.
*If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will be treated as a holiday for pay and leave purposes. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be treated as a holiday for pay and leave purposes. Emails sent during a time of office closure will be responded to as soon as possible on the first business day after returning to office.
Do you offer scheduling of my Content Minis to my Social Media Sites?
Due to high customer demand, we are now offering content scheudling across social media platforms!
The price is the same monthly/quarterly fee as Content Minis and can be purchased as an add-on or stand alone service.

How do I hire you?
What happens after I pay?
You will receive an email from our team to set you up with an intake meeting and onboarding survey where you will provide some information for preferences and asset locations and after your onboarding call has been completed we will provide a start date for you.
Please note that our team does not work weekends and if you have signed up, sent an email, or paid via PayPal, we will reach out to you on the next business day.
